Challenge
MerkezLogistics was an 80-employee logistics and distribution company. Over time, departments had made separate software decisions in moments of need, and this had created operational drag.
Seven different tools were actively in use:
- A CRM for sales and a separate ticketing system for customer service
- A local accounting package for invoicing and bookkeeping
- Trello for project management, a mix of WhatsApp + Slack for communication
- Google Drive and email attachments for document sharing
- Excel-based processes for HR matters
Outcomes: the same customer data lived in different versions across systems; cross-department information got lost in email chains; and total software licensing cost was high and growing non-linearly with the company.
Solution
A 10-week Zoho One migration project was planned with Zoho Uzmanı. A staged migration approach was chosen — instead of changing everything at once, modules were migrated one by one.
Solution components:
- Zoho CRM — sales pipeline and customer data (migrated from existing CRM)
- Zoho Books — invoicing and accounting integration (bridged to the local package)
- Zoho Desk — customer support ticket management (migrated from existing support system)
- Zoho Projects — operational task and project tracking (migrated from Trello)
- Zoho Cliq — cross-department communication (replacing WhatsApp/Slack)
- Zoho WorkDrive — document sharing and version control
All modules run under a single user directory — single sign-in, access to all tools. Department-based training sessions were held for each module.

Testimonial
“Each department was using a different tool — meetings were spent reconciling versions instead of synthesizing information. With Zoho One, everyone started working on top of the same data.”
